    Mixed Feelings About My Stay

    I enjoyed the beautiful garden view from my room and appreciated the friendly housekeeping staff. Dining experiences were disappointing, with rude service and ice shortage during the heat of July. For future guests, please communicate dietary needs early and be aware of service inconsistencies.

    Service staff, swimming pool open round the clock, wonderful view from the room, live music in the evenings (violinist), spa (husband did not leave the massage room, super hairdresser)

    Dirty dishes were always left on the stairwell.

    A hidden gem by the beach

    Waking up to the ocean's melody each morning was pure bliss. The beach was pristine, and the staff's warmth.

    The dining experience left much to be desired. The food was repetitive and lacked freshness, disappointing considering the picturesque setting.

    This is the third time that I visit this resort and I am delighted with this pampering experience. Everyone of the hundreds working there welcomes you with a sincere smile. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beach is just fabulous. A little discrete animation, spa treatments and great food are also there for you. Everyone should try this inexpensive luxury as a gift to himself-

    Maches the mariott standard. Poor gym, some very not nice staff and quite hard to get out of the erea. The rest was very good and defently recomended.

    A beutifeul erea nice sweeming pool, golf and beach. for people who like heat.

    The outdoor pools were a blast, especially the one with caves and waterfalls. We loved the private beach too! Great for relaxation and fun in the sun. Keep in mind that some staff might not be fluent in English, which led to some misunderstandings, but overall, we managed well.

    The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The pool was the cleanest one I've ever swum in! The private beach was amazing for snorkeling. The spa had affordable services like back massages and body treatments. Staff were always helpful and attentive, especially at the restaurant with diverse and tasty food options.

    The Sea View Room was awesome! It was spacious and super clean. The bed was really comfy, reminded me of I was in paradise. The view of the water from the balcony was just perfect. I loved how safe and relaxing everything felt in the room. Room service was friendly and helpful too!

    great stay but minor areas for improvement

    They were eager to assist and were pretty good, especially Mr Alaa Khairy, who was really good in his service. The pools were perfect for our kids and offered plenty of space. We enjoyed the lovely sea view from our beautiful suite, and the nearby coral made for fantastic snorkeling experiences.

    Some common areas seemed like they needed more attention to cleanliness.
